UWE set for action Saturday April 2 in Nepal with international wrestlers planned for show

Ultimate Wrestling Entertainment is headed to Kirtipur, Nepal this Saturday for a show that they’re calling UWE Mega Event 2022. The event is set to feature regular UWE stars including “Lady Dragon” Muna Shrestha, The Yuv, Thagu, Cobra, Warrior, Baba Bui, Lizard King, JK, Jwala, Ajinger, Scorpion, Blade, and Sinite. Set to be visiting Nepal from India and competing at Mega Event will be Awesh, a pro wrestler that specializes in the hardcore wrestling style and was trained by Indian legend the Great Khali.

As of now, two matches have officially been announced for the show. The Yuv will be taking on Cobra in a Last Man Standing Match with the Pakistan-based Revolution Eastern Wrestling World Undisputed Championship on the line. The Yuv is the current holder of that title belt after UWE and REW recently entered into a working relationship together and The Yuv won the belt at a recent UWE event. The second announced match will feature Thagu and Awesh going at it in a hardcore match with the UWE Intercontinental Title on the line.

The Nepali pro wrestling scene is very popular in Nepal right now and events will usually draw big crowds. We’re hopeful that this will be the case this Saturday in Kirtipur!

Ahead of the event, we’ve been in contact with the UWE and they sent over some exclusive training photos of some of the UWE’s top stars in training action including Lady Dragon, The Yuv, and Thagu. You can check out those photos below. We’ll do our best to keep you posted about this weekend’s action In Kirtipur. In the meantime, you can check out the UWE Facebook page and UWE Instagram page for more information and coverage of the show!
